The 7th Steering Committee Meeting of the ASEAN Sustainable Agrifood Systems (ASEAN SAS) was held on 17 June 2016 in Bangkok, Thailand to discuss issues for consideration and submission to the upcoming 23rd Meeting of the ASEAN Sectoral Working Group on Crops (ASWGC) to be held on 21-22 July 2016 in Lao PDR. This included key progress and achievements of the ASEAN SAS activities implemented at regional and national levels during the past year.
The Meeting was attended by steering committee members who are focal points from eight ASEAN Member States (AMS) with the exception of Brunei Darussalam and Singapore.
