Soon a freshly produced ‘From Fruit to Juice: From Integrity to Food Security’ video of ASEAN Sustainable Agrifood Systems (ASEAN SAS) is to be launched in our website.
This video is part of the public-private partnership project “Improvement of Product Safety and Quality for the Thai Fruit Juice Industry” between ASEAN SAS and German’s Sure-Global-Fair (SGF) aiming to improve safety and quality of Thai fruit juice products in accordance with nationally and internationally recognized standards market.
The video was film in Kuibuiri of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand capturing the lives of pineapple farmers, fruit processing factory owner, and SGF’s fruit juice quality assurance auditor. It talks about issues and challenges in the fruit juice processing business in Thailand, and how these key actors and actress play their greatly responsible roles in maintaining the business sustainability and living security.
The video includes two versions of an eight-minute English narration and a 15-minute Thai narration with English subtitle. One hundred copies of the video will be distributed at no cost.
